Debt Resolution

Debt Resolution is the process of negotiating with a creditor or debt collector to repay less than the full amount owed. Generally, you're able to repay less than the amount owed in a lump sum or in a short term payment plan. 

Olive Branch representatives will contact your creditors on your behalf to negotiate a better repayment and reduce the amount of time you spend in debt. While we negotiate, you will make a single (often times reduced) monthly payment into a third party account so that funds may build-up and be used to pay off the settlement. Once an agreement is reached, your negotiator will reach out to you to authorize the release of funds to your creditors.
